Teleperformance (TP) is undergoing a large-scale, global transformation. As part of this change, TP is looking to grow its market share in the Philippines (PH) region ($600M). As the Company looks to the future, this new leader will be tasked with partnering with the CFO and CEO to jointly work through shaping strategy choices and applying finance strategies to complement and maximize the growth and profitability across the region. By partnering with the CFO and CEO to create and execute the overall business strategy, you will ensure that financial strategies and goals are aligned with Teleperformance and its regional objectives.
- Build a team of Business Unit Controllers who can partner with Sales and Account Leaders within the Philippines.
- Be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and monthly analysis of results.
- Understand critical drivers of the P&L and work with the CEO to define and implement strategies that influence these drivers.
- Engaging actively in the pricing and commercial contracting of deals delivered from PH to maximize revenue and profitability opportunities.
- Analyze trends on multiple financial dimensions to identify improvement opportunities.
- Ensure cash discipline by managing the Days Sales Outstanding at a Philippines level.
- Benchmark and optimize overhead costs and depreciation.
- Analyze financial risks and business processes and recommend effective cost-saving solutions.
- Bring a “solution-oriented” mindset – working closely with the CEO, CFO, and other key stakeholders to advise and recommend approaches to meet organizational goals while ensuring compliance.
- Work closely with the CEO and other senior leaders to identify growth opportunities and drive revenue growth through financial planning and analysis.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, ensuring that all financial operations are aligned with business goals and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS on revenue and cost accounting principles, ensuring clean external and internal audits.
- 12+ years of relevant experience with at least four years in a business partnership role.
- CPA (or equivalent qualification) or Business Administration (MBA) in a related financial area.
- Strong working knowledge of IFRS.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Insight into ongoing business processes.
- Insight into the development of business controlling tools.
- Administrative, organizational, and communication skills.
- Expertise in MS Office tools, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Advanced abilities with data analysis, excel, spreadsheets, and word processing.
- Versatile and driven team player who can build relationships and community with co-workers and cross-functional partners.
Bonus Qualifications & Skills:
- Large global firm experience, including experience with transfer pricing.
- Strong business acumen and leadership skills– Ability to link accounting with business.
- Excellent business communications, interpersonal and partnership skills at all levels of the organization, including working with leaders and executives.
- Self-motivated team player who can drive numerous projects and identify, resolve, and prioritize differing business issues.
- Six Sigma certification is a plus.
