As a Business Controller you make this transparent for our stores, management and shareholders, among others, through high-quality information provision. You are responsible for management information, analyzes and Board reporting at an international level. You take initiative in making pragmatic improvement proposals and you ensure good communication with the partners you work with.
- Business partner for part of the retail organization (25 Eyes+More stores) and a number of corporate departments of the group;
- Performance tracking for the stores (KPIs; projects) and cost control;
- Investment analyzes relating to the shops and retail support projects;
- Capex tracking and value driver monitoring;
- Forecasting & budgeting;
- Supporting management in M&A activities;
- Various ad hoc projects at group level;
- Management information for the Board and management.
- You have obtained an HBO/WO diploma;
- You have at least 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar position;
- You master the Dutch and English language, spoken and written;
- Extensive experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and EPM software;
- Data savvy. Experience with Tagetik, Tableau, Anaplan (or similar tools) desired;
- Experience within a Retail organization or B2C environment is an advantage.
