As Business Controller HQ you report to the Head of Corporate Control. You work closely with the Heads of Finance of the operational business units. In this role you are a financial sparring partner of the management team, with whom you are in daily contact to coordinate financial, operational and risk-related matters and opportunities. Your specific areas of focus are the costs, investments, cash and performance of the head office.

• Cost control of the various departments and point of contact for MT members;
• Capex monitoring of investments;
• Cash forecasting for the short and medium term;
• Monitoring the KPIs of the head office functions;
• Providing periodic reports regarding cost, capex, cash and KPIs and discussing these with the business. In the budget process, you are also in the lead in these topics to set up the budget together with the business;
• Making forecasts and timely reporting exceedances;
• Solicited and unsolicited advice on operational and business developments;
• Instructing the Financial Shared Service Center on the design and organization of the administration, so that the organization’s results can be reported adequately;
• Challenging the business with regard to internal control measures (AO/IC) and helping to improve them.

• A relevant university education;
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position;
• Fluent command of the Dutch and English language;
• Good command of Excel;
