We are looking for a Business Development and Integration Director to join our team in Bucharest.

• Partner with the Regional Delivery Partner to execute against operational objectives, to identify and deliver scope expansion delivered through GBS Global network or hosted services
• Be the advocate for KWS /Six Sigma and process excellence & oversees the enhancement of the processes & services by implementing Continuous Improvement initiatives. Identify scope opportunities across the business beyond what we have today through ideation and CI approaches
• Lead the communication and planning strategy for the center and will be responsible for managing the center budget, local statutory fiscal accounting, and facilities management for the overall center (office of ~300 people)
• Lead the European Incident Management Team
• Be the legal representative for the Romania company and step in as deputies for the Regional Delivery Partner

• 5-10 years’ experience with broad managerial, functional service/project experience, or outsourcing management experience preferable within Finance, as this will offer an end to end understanding of the finance processes within the scope of service
• Experience in leading large multifunctional teams in a matrixed reporting environment
• Skills in LEAN tools and techniques is preferred
• Big Transformation/Transition of Scope Project Experience
• Experience working in a shared service and/or process-driven environment is required
• Ability to look cross functionally and weigh competing ideas priorities
• Ability to influence overall business results while managing the risk profile of the business
• Ability to lead and sustain business, cultural changes and big transformations/ transitions of scope
