Client: Global Engineering Solutions company undertaking wide portfolio of engineering services. for mega projects in Roads Highways, Railways, Metro, Airport, Bridges, Smart City, Urban Transportation etc.

Role: Infra Projects Leader in Business Development & Delivery aspiring to lead a new business vertical by setting up and scaling GCC/GDS/GBSs ecosystems thru alliances, collaboration & resource management.

• Develop and implement the global strategy for the Engineering Shared Services Center, aligning with corporate goals and ensuring scalability and flexibility for future growth.
• Lead the BU P&L and accountable for businesss development, cost, time, and quality, including cost control, forecasting, contract claims, and the management of a multidisciplinary project team.
• Oversee the allocation and distribution of engineering & design projects from other subsidiaries or domestic clients to the appropriate teams/BU’s.
• Coordinate with global and local teams to ensure that project requirements, timelines, and quality standards are met, monitor project progress and provide regular updates to international stakeholders.

• Engineer with 20+ years experience in Sales ,Business Development and exposure to Infra sector /Global Engineering Capability Centre( GCC/GDS/GBS) ecosystems with a strong emphasis on scaling the business, international collaboration and resource management.
• Ability to leverage strong professional network and proven experience in business development, specifically within a related industry or work area.
• Proven experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing distributed or remote teams.
