As part of the finance organization and in the role of a standardized partner for business-management units and customers, the Finance division supports business partners in the design, implementation and implementation of business management. In the role of Business Partner Finance – IT Shared Services, you are the primary financial contact for the areas of Shared Service Delivery (SSD) and Shared Service Operations (SSO) with its units within the CDO (Chief Digital Officer) division.

• Central financial contact and commercial support, advice and support for the department heads at the Munich location
• Support in establishing and further developing business and management models
• Management and organisation of interface and partner meetings as well as contributing to the design by representing financial topics
• Solution-oriented control, coordination and management of complex problems with interface partners, often with long-term and strategic importance as well as conflicts of objectives and interests
• Conducting regular financial reviews with the specialist departments and target group-oriented analysis, interpretation and evaluation of commercial information to support the partner in business field and division management

• Successfully completed degree in economics or a comparable qualification
• At least six years of relevant professional experience in a comparable task/activity environment
• Several years of practical experience in project management in various large IT or service projects, ideally in the public service/German armed forces environment
• Comprehensive business understanding in terms of the financing and budgeting model of public customers
• Extensive experience in dealing with senior/top management
• Knowledge and experience in identifying and managing strategic relevance
• Confident demeanor and communication skills at senior decision-making level as well as strategic thinking
• Fluent written and spoken German
