Join us as a Business Performance Director in our Global Business Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing direct support to the Head of People Services and the People Services Leadership Team in delivering the organization’s strategy and operating model. You will play a meaningful role in ensuring the overall success and quality of the People Services organization in support of delivering outstanding HR service delivery to 80,000+ AstraZeneca colleagues across the globe.
As a Business Performance Director:
- You will be responsible for ensuring alignment of People Services strategy and operating model with GBS and HR as needed.
- You will drive collaborative and productive ways of working across People Services Leadership Team and facilitate People Services Leadership Team meetings.
- You will be responsible for financial performance of the organization, tracking the overall operational performance of People Services, supporting the delivery of key projects, programs and initiatives, and crafting a culture of collaboration and partnership across People Services and wider HR/GBS teams.
- Experience leading large, sophisticated teams across multiple geographies
- Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, PowerBI, and emerging HR digital/automation tools
- Experience/comfort in working with and handling senior partners across the business
- Ability to recruit, build and retain teams delivering strong performance
- Ability to respond to issues/problems/defects with immediate urgency
- Oral and written proficiency in English and Portuguese (preferred)
