Leads a team of business analysts and process engineers to help automate business processes enterprise wide with the help of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools
• Leads with a consultative approach to help business automate processes at scale enterprise wide
• Builds partnerships with business stakeholders and enables them to deliver on their efficiency and optimization goals
• Check and confirm the accuracy of the work performed and the methods used by automation staff
• Create detailed plans, processes, and procedures for automation staff to use and abide by
• Hire, train, and supervise automation and business process team members
• Responsible for implementation of new automation technologies within shared services (Low code no code, automatic workflows, AI, RPA).
• Works in an agile environment using SCRUM or Kanban, Fosters and facilitates Agile methodologies
• Gain leadership and executive buy-in of benefits and targets in each respective process/function through analytics and reporting
• Challenge the status quo and provide specialist hands-on guidance and support to Executive sponsors and program managers. To take the lead in knowledge management for this discipline and to promote methods and standards, and the implementation of best practices.
• Appraise and develop clear cases for transformations – design projects that are credible with respect to costs, benefits, resourcing, timescales, governance, risk management and organizational capacity. Constantly evaluate ROI and TCO for anything we do and deliver
• Manage all transformation projects from inception, delivery to closure, supporting across the lifecycle of project delivery and benefits realization. Ensure all projects are delivered on time and budget to the satisfaction of business stakeholders and our customers.
• Mentor/groom Lead automation engineers to be next technical or business leaders.
- Manage financials for their team (budget, accruals, invoices, forecasts…etc)
- BS/BA in Computer Science, Business or equivalent experience.
- Mature leadership skills with the heart of a servant leader, high EQ, and deep level of empathy.
- Extensive experience training and coaching teams in the use of Agile tools. E.g. Jira, Service Now, and Confluence.
- Ability to facilitate discussion at all levels of the organization to resolve conflicts.
- Executive presence with skills at building meaningful concise presentations.
- Certifications in Agile coaching and Enterprise Transformation.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related fields, or equivalent work experience.
- More than 8 years of IT and business industry work experience in managing multiple, large, cross functional teams or projects, and influencing senior level management and key stakeholders.
- Experience leading, strategizing and implementing digital transformation roadmaps and automation technologies enterprise wide – (Low code no code, automatic workflows, AI, RPA, chatbots).
- Experienced with large-scale complex organizational change efforts.
