Right now, we are looking for a new Business Process Owner with responsibility for the set-up of finance and finance related processes within Global Business Support Team.
You will be based at DGS Diagnostics in Rosówek – our new production facility.
Your focus
You will have an opportunity to work independently as expert gaining experience from different activities within our Team.
So we can say that your overall focus will be on:
- Financial processes – making sure that we operate with a verified solution and a solid set of standardized processes, instructions and leaving the local team equipped to independently run the business following our global standards.
- Driving Finance agenda and developments.
- Coordination of Finance Team within Global Business Support.
Our Projects
The Project covers the global changes like e.g.
- implementation of Salesforce (CRM), ERP and other related systems – One Diagnostics
- developments around ERP to follow legal requirements in the countries
- other projects related with banking, taxes and SAF-T.
- Development and delivery of Financial tools.
- Driving global solutions with Process Owners for Sales, Service and Customer Service, Warehouse, Logistics & Procurement.
- You have a master’s degree within economics, finance, or international business,
- You have a strong interest in how IT can support business processes and understand the importance of process optimization and strategy.
- You have min. 2-3 years of experience working in a global setup and experience from ERP projects deploying a global template.
- You are a top performer with excellent achievements in your studies, and through work experience or extracurricular activities. You are a team player with drive and passion, you have great analytical skills, you are sharp, curious, mature, hardworking and, just as importantly, you are humble and fun to work with.
- You are fluent in English, have an international profile, and are open to traveling abroad when needed.
