In this role you will gain broad insight into the international aviation industry. You will establish and maintain good working relationships with variety of internal and external stakeholders, working closely with the Operational Excellence Team.

  • Ensure appropriate end-to-end process design including policies, technology, process controls and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Focus on outside-in views and implement new and innovative digital solutions focused on making processes touchless.
  • Define, propose, and deliver a compelling long-term process change agenda with the focus on the control tower.
  • Review technology landscape and propose standardization and automation opportunities.
  • As part of the data analytics agenda, propose and deliver a complete set of end-to-end KPIs and metrics to review impact and performance.
  • Driving process transformation, with a focus on realization of benchmark levels of costs, performance and return on investment.
  • Drive & synchronize continuous improvement plans with other process owners within the value chain and other interfacing processes.
  • Assure alignment and seamless collaboration within other business process experts in the end-to-end value stream.
  • Experience in similar position as Business Process Expert or as Business Process Owner in a global organization.
  • Minimum 5 Years’ experience of operationally managing end to end processes as an expert/team leader.
  • Demonstrable in-depth knowledge understanding of end-to-end process.
  • Demonstrable ability to engage and manage senior and different level stakeholders and multicultural audience through superior communication and presentation skills.
  • A strategic thinker able to establish and communicate a global vision, yet detail oriented.
  • Has a high degree of process and functional knowledge with a thorough understanding of the end-to-end processes, as well as knowledge of the functional organization, business requirements, and existing technology solutions.
  • Demonstrated project management experience within large scale financial transformation projects.
  • ERP system knowledge and experience, preferably SAP.
  • Knowledge of available innovative solutions on the market.
  • Willingness to travel (up to 20%).
  • Experience in a multi-national company.
  • Experience in a multi-cultural environment.
