The ideal candidate must have experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably overseeing finance and accounting functions for various locations and providing operational performance guidance. • Oversee day-to-day general accounting functions
• Review financial results and key performance indicators with management
• Perform manufacturing costs analysis on standard cost basis
• Manage monthly reporting of financial and operational results
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting and related reporting
• Establish controls and lead initiatives to consolidate and develop a shared services framework
• Work with departments to develop cost savings measures
• Ad hoc projects or reporting, as needed

• Bachelors and/or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• 8+ years of solid accounting and finance experience
• Manufacturing or plant experience, required
• Experience in a high paced environment
• Solid communicator and ability to take initiative
