  • Provide financial and operational insights to support decision-making processes and drive business performance.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with external partners, including financial institutions, investors, and regulatory bodies.

Performance Management

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of financial and shared services initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze financial and operational performance against targets, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Provide regular reporting and presentations to senior management and the Board of Directors on financial and operational performance.
