Reporting to CHC People Director EULA , the CHC People Director CEE will deliver HR strategy & support for all Commercial Operations, Manufacturing & supply (2 industrial sites), Shared services center, Business partnering functions i.e business perimeter of ~1200 people in 6 countries: Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, and Ukraine.
HR strategy
- Partner with your Business to set the people strategy which will support the delivery of business objectives and ambition at short, mid and long terms
- Co-lead and infuse the CHC mindset in order to to be the best Fast Moving Consumer Health company IN & FOR the World
- Actively contribute to CEE Business Reviews, budget planning
- Engage behind a clear people strategy, setting common priorities but also driving specific HR initiatives designed to address specific needs of the different teams (Commercial Operations affiliate, M&S sites GBS…)
- Contribute to deploy CHC People roadmap & initiatives within the zone
- Partner with Leaders to make best decisions on people- and organization-related issues.
- Acts as the single point of contact locally to drive transversal topics & coordinate common processes at zone level, across functions, supporting the GM
People and Organizational Development:
- Talent Management & Succession Planning: lead CEE Talent and Succession Plan reviews
- Ensure a solid Talent pipeline focusing on CHC critical future capabilities for CEE
- Roll-out any global Employer Branding initiatives in and outside CHC for CEE
- Promote Diversity, Equity & Inclusion within CEE, with the strong support of the dedicated CHC COE
HR “routine”:
- Continuous follow up on HC locally, pilot and follow-up critical positions’ vacancies. Manage and plan CHC recruitment budgeting & analysis, hand in hand with Talent CHC team
- Social Relations management: monitor high quality social dialogue with Unions representatives in Poland & Hungary in order to drive the People agenda
- Ensure processes are compliant with local regulations and partner with local compliance to manage potential compliance cases if any
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in human resources management, preferably with multinational corporations
- Well-rounded experience in leadership development, career consulting, compensation, employee relations, culture transformation, and change management
