Main Responsibilities
- S2V Head of NA supports the process vision, strategy and objectives done at Regional Level and will be responsible for designing/adherence of processes at NA / country level, managing deviations, and alignment with relevant support functions. He/ she will be a key member of regional/local governance boards and will define and monitor KPIs glide path to excellence.
- S2V Head of NA is the first level of escalation if S2V Partner of NA or S2V Specialist of US need support in front of local CHC stakeholders and business users. This position will build and maintain stakeholder relationships for NA countries (USA and Canada) and drive standardization of processes to identify functional and cross functional improvements and harmonization.
- S2V Head of NA sets the vision, strategy and performance objectives for NA countries (USA and Canada) end-to-end process and supports S2V Partner/Specialist to ensure that optimized processes are implemented locally.
- S2V Head of NA ensures process strategy enables GBU strategy. Streamlines the S2V processes by connecting end users with process owners (Procurement, Legal, Finance, Supply Chain, ICP…). Gathers and applies best practices to process and supports S2V Partners/Specialist for designing/adherence of processes at local level, managing deviations, and alignment with relevant support functions. He/She will be the gatekeeper of S2V processes locally and will work closely together with Regional S2V Head and BPO provider supporting the S2V operations for CHC.
- Monitors process performance across the organization, service KPIs and dashboards to measure and improve performance for the MCO with the aim of driving continuous improvement opportunities to achieve operational excellence.
- Works with BPO and S2V Partner/Specialist to ensure business continuity of operational services provided by external partner. Monitors support model in place.
- This position will support the strategic design of global Source 2 Pay and Travel & Expense processes and will contribute to the roll out of new S2V global/regional/local projects within his/her perimeter as part of continuous improvement journey including Change Management activities.
- Ensure Compliance and Internal Control/ SOX standards are met for the countries under his/her scope.
Leadership
- Accountable of S2V in front of CHC stakeholders at NA level
- Build strong Business Partnering and maintain stakeholder relationships (e.g with Business end users, Procurement, Legal, Supply Chain/IA, Sales, Transportation, ICP, GBS and Finance)
- Strengthen relationships with Americas region through both solid governance as well as informal and formal networking
- Collect business pain points and set up improvement projects/actions
- Manage Change management and Communication
- People Management: Develop team members and detect high potential resources
Operational
- Ensure business continuity & deliver the operations without disruptions
- Manage BPO provider relationship at NA / local level including governance, performance monitoring, root cause analysis, follow up on action plans and improvements
- Lead the implementation of the Core Model in NA in coordination with BPO team, Regional S2V Head and Global Process Excellence Head:
- Ensure processes are fully documented, maintained and communicated – process compliance
- Provide support in innovation, simplification, standardization
- Controls NA / country operational situation and drives action plans to achieve operational excellence.
- Manage for countries under her/his scope qualitative follow-up of S2V internal controls for:
- Risk-assessment process
- Yearly internal control self-assessment performed in USA and Canada by S2V Partner/Specialist
- Lead development of adequate action plans & improvement recommendation
- Responsible for timely execution of action plans
- Ensure that local procedures are formalized, updated and in line with the Global policies, standards and guidance and verify that procedures are adequately approved and communicated
- Drive the Execution of tasks forced by local legislations
- Lead and monitor MEC activities
- Drive the support model in NA / locally and promote the use of SKY as self service tool
Projects
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities and lead implementation until fully deployed
- Lead/contribute the implementation of projects (global/regional/local) in coordination with S2V Partner/Specialist and BPO with the aim to drive process efficiencies and effectiveness.

About You
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or similar
- 7+ years and P2P process experience
- Deep knowledge of Sanofi organization will be a plus.
- Experience of building solid partnerships with external service providers
- Must have experience of working with key stakeholders across functions up to senior executive level.
- Prior experience of working in a global and/or regional environment
- Experience of working in a Global Business Services environment
