Our client are seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to head global teams.

• Project growth, sales, and team.
• Oversee all aspects of the financial operations for all worldwide sites, including financial reporting, cash flow management, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Oversee and enhance financial structure, debt, and equity financing to bolster the business’s expansion plans.
• Oversee connections with outside parties, such as banks, regulators, and auditors in many areas.

• Familiarity with managing a shared services team in the global finance industry.
• It is necessary to have prior experience with transfer pricing, accounting, treasury, tax, and controlling.
• Familiarity with SAP FI.
• Solid background as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership position, ideally in the industrial or automotive sectors.
• Rich background in global financial process improvement implementation and finance department reorganisation.
• Strong understanding of financial legislation, compliance needs, and international accounting standards.
• Superb financial analysis, risk management, and strategic planning abilities. Capable of handling several priorities at once and working in a fast-paced, international setting.
• Engage in cooperation with high-level management and interdisciplinary groups.
• A master’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a similar discipline.
