Based in Sydney or Brisbane, the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to drive growth and provide insight. As a key member of the Executive Team, you will bring an understanding of global business operations, strong leadership, commercial acumen and an ability to work in a high growth environment. Seeing the big picture while not losing sight of the detail, strong skills in forecasting, pricing and the ability to drive productivity outcomes will be key to your success.

• Leading the finance function for the business, aligned with business and organisational strategy, with a focus on pricing and forecasting.
• Provide strong leadership and the ability to build a culture of curiosity in the team.
• Partnering with the CEO on strategic initiatives.
• Leading a small finance team, including shared services, in a variety of global locations.
• Collaborating with executive leadership on strategic planning across the finance function.

• A proven track record as a finance executive in the healthcare sector.
• A strategic and operational leader with extensive experience in managing a finance function within a global remit.
• Strong knowledge of pricing and forecasting.
