To be responsible for driving the organization’s financial strategy, overseeing shared services functions (Finance, HR, IT, Legal), ensuring accurate reporting, optimising margins, managing budgets, mitigating risks, and supporting key strategic projects.
Required Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant registered with SAICA.
Technical Competencies & Experience
- Minimum 5-7 years’ director-level experience in a large organization (>R1 billion turnover).
- Manufacturing background (FMCG) is essential.
- Solid management accounting and control experience.
- Proficient in financial management software (Syspro).
- In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
