The Opportunity help establish a Global Capability Center (GCC) |Opportunity to lead the people agenda at a large scale.
Key deliverables for GCC:
- Consolidate service functions under one organization to drive standardized, efficient and effective processes.
- Build new functional capabilities internally along the Digital with Global Mindset.
- Transform service function using best in context systems, self-service, assurance, governance & actionable insights.
This role is responsible for leading the development and implementation of the Human Resources strategy for GCC, ensuring the adoption of a robust, sustainable and high-quality approach to identify, attract, motivate, develop, and retain high-quality talent for building a high-performing GCC team that will deliver the best digital services and establish the GCC as a trusted partner for businesses across the group.
This role would be responsible for managing a large workforce, across various verticals and functions while catering to all people management related areas such as:
- Talent Acquisition
- Performance and Engagement
- Change and Communication
- Skilling and Development
- HRBP
- Admin
- 20+ years of experience with at least 10-12 years in a leadership or managerial role in HR & Admin functions in large diversified GCC / GBS / SSC environment.
- Proven leadership experience in setting up Global Capability Centres or Shared Services Centres.
- Extensive knowledge of establishing and managing progressive HR practices in a services environment.
- Direct experience of managing various areas within the HR function (Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Performance & rewards, OD, L&D, etc.) for large scale centres.
- Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills with the ability to align support services with business objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with stakeholders
