- Navigate the complexities of the sectors, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives to optimise resource allocation within shared services.
- Seasoned leader with minimum 10 years of experience in managing shared services functions.
- Strong functional background, with knowledge of IT, Procurement HR from a shared services context.
- Experience working within a large, complex organisation with a diverse business portfolio
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements and driving operational excellence.
- Exceptional leadership and collaboration skills, fostering a culture of collaboration and open communication.
