The successful incumbent will be managing multiple areas of expertise: Procure to Pay (PTP), Accounts Payable (AP), Expense

  • Coordinates with Account Manager for account plan (new areas of growth)
  • Proficient in F&A Domains (P2P, R2R, O2C, FP&A) and Sourcing, Legal and Payroll processes
  • Plans and reviews the people, Infra, tech requirements with the transition team to finalize the target delivery model.
  • Reviews and Sign off SOW/MSA to complete contractual process.
  • Sign off training/certification methodology to ensure right skilling of the engagement.
  • Co-ordinate resource deployment across all processes for the engagement (Size, Span, Shift, Utilization, skill set) to ensure budget & pricing compliance.
  • Identify needs for training to ensure development across domain, Operations and Behavioral
  • Prepare Internal and External Governance model to monitor contractual compliance, employee engagement, performance, and relationship health.
  • KPI and SLA reporting with Root Cause analysis and conducting governance calls with respective stakeholder.
  • Creates scorecard for the account and flow it down to the team to ensure alignment on engagement objectives.
  • Creates career development & Succession planning for direct reports to ensure sustainable employee engagement and motivation.
  • Conducts monthly financial review with direct reports and BU head and take corrective actions if any.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for work redesign, shift utilization, staff mix, staff utilization to meet/exceed internal financial goal.
  • Validates and prepares business case for identified opportunities within existing service lines for growth.
  • Engages with the key client stakeholders on areas of improvements and commits resources to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • A seasoned F&A leader with a minimum of 10 years overall experience in BPO, or Shared Services set-up
  • Graduate degree in Finance & Accounting (MBA, Master of Accounting is ideal)
  • Strong team leading and motivational skills, performance tracking and reporting, deriving root cause analysis as required.
  • Experience in client/stakeholder management, working closely with executives.
  • Excellent communication, articulation, and presentation skills
  • Experience in client facing roles across geographies and functions.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritizing skills & ability in meeting conflicting deadlines.
  • Strong analytical & aptitude skills
  • Ability to keep calm under pressure.
  • Amenable to work on-site observing US schedule.
  • Minimum of 12-16 years of rich and hands on experience in PTP processes with proven record of driving multiple transformation projects
  • P2P experience including exposure to Invoice processing, Payment batches, Rush payments, Travel & Expense, Month end close, Controlling Duplicate payments, GR/IR reconciliation, co-ordination with upstream processes for PO issue resolution, supplier maintenance, Employee T&E processing, supplier onboarding for e-invoicing.
  • Excellent knowledge in End-to-End accounting, Accounts Payable and Expense domain
  • Sound and hands on knowledge of leading ERPs and workflow tools in use across towers for managing operations.
  • Exposure to latest technologies including OCR, Workflow tools, ERP (such as Oracle, SAP, Workday).
