The Client Reporting Senior Manager will own the Business Intelligence reporting of key operational Corporate Functions SLAs to Clients . This is a crucial role, as Client Services is committed to delivering the best quality reporting of services and support to our Clients (Executives) and Customers (End-Users), and the role is at the front and centre of this effort

The role of Client Reporting Senior Manager sits within the Client Services team in the Business Solutions department, reporting into the Director of Services

NEOM Business Solutions is an entity that represents multiple Corporate Function services provided to all internal departments within NEOM company, as well as the increasing amounts of NEOM Subsidiaries, Joint Ventures, Regions and Sectors that are being established. The Corporate Function services currently offered are back-office support from People Services, Procurement, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Communications and Corporate IT

Client Reporting

  • Oversight of the Client Reporting function. Ensuring its effectiveness and success
  • Oversight of all Client Reporting activities,
  • Creation and development of clearly defined consolidated strategic approach across multi-Corp Functions into a joined up and aligned programme
  • Gather strategic alignment across all key stakeholders (multi data and content owners sitting within each Corp Function + Corp IT)
  • Work with IT Team to support move towards back-end consolidated ‘single source of truth’ for core reporting data
  • Ensure wider engagement and alignment with other Corporate-wide reporting initiatives (starting with DCEO Office)
  • Liaison with Business Relationship Senior Manager to ensure accurate and effective BI Reports that will be leveraged by the BRM team to present in Client Meetings
  • Development of new SLA Reporting as defined in liaison with Corporate Functions and Business Relationship Senior Manager
  • Ownership of reporting of SLAs to the client, gathering feedback, relaying to the relevant Corporate Functions, and tracking enhancement approach
  • Report Standardisation
  • Work with all key stakeholders to agree and move towards a consistent look and feel and access for all Corporate Functions
  • Establish consistency across multi IT and BI Report Design Teams
  • Create consolidated pipeline for all existing and future Corp Function SLA – BI reporting until end 2024

Planning and Strategy

  • Ensuring the successful growth and establishment of the Client Reporting capability, adapting and developing advanced strategies to handle changing organisational and client needs
  • Client Reporting BI champion, driving Corporate Functions towards a standardised and consistent approach to collating, calculating and displaying key business metrics
  • Engaging with wider Reporting teams across the organisation to ensure a consolidated and strategic approach is followed
  • Develop, implement and update targeted Client Development Plans and oversee their implementation to take part in the realization of the envisioned future of NEOM
  • Lead the team to provide expert input to further develop and implement the Business Relationship Management strategy to ensure a strategic and comprehensive delivery of expert services, systems and outcomes in support of NEOM’s vision

People Management

  • Lead and instill a culture of Customer Excellence within the Client Reporting team
  • Demonstrate an agile, flexible and proactive attitude within the working environment embracing NEOM’s values
  • Drive and ensure team growth and developing all team members

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 10 years of Experience of Client Reporting activities
  • Minimum 7 years of having worked in a Shared Service Organisation, or within a related service-industry environment
  • Excellent knowledge of Power BI, and of best-of-breed approaches towards Data Management techniques and approaches
  • Strong experience of MENA region preferred
  • Demonstrated Leadership of teams to achieve effective strategic goals
  • Ability to work effectively in a complex and changing business environment, and influence difficult internal clients
  • Very strong all-rounder
  • Excellent understanding of back-office and BI REportingfunctions
  • Ability to liaise with Senior Operational Leads responsible for defining SLAs to ensure market standard metrics are actively tracked

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelors Degree at reputable University
