You will be part of our Shared Service Center in Fredericia, which consists of 5 departments, where we have approximately 80 skilled and committed colleagues in total. Here you get a place among 11 colleagues in our R2R (Record-2-Report) team, which belongs to the Reporting and Purchasing Support department with approximately 40 colleagues and a management team consisting of 3 managers.

Your colleagues already handle the data basis and processes for the financial reporting. In addition, they carry out financial controlling of the group’s finances for management and board reporting.

In this newly created position, you will collaborate with many different people and disciplines when you seek knowledge in the ESG area. At the start, you will primarily work internally with colleagues across the organisation, where you will conduct outreach and define how we want and can comply with the requirements.

In this connection, you are also responsible for setting up an internal control environment as well as sparring and following up with external audits in the area.

• You may have an educational background such as cand.merc. cand.eocon., or you have an HD-R in your luggage.
• However, your professional ballast is most important to us – and you therefore have several years’ experience as a controller.
• You are the outgoing type who thrives on defining your own role and tomorrow’s tasks.
• You have a great interest in – but not necessarily experience with – sustainability and the legal requirements to which we are subject.
• You are a super user in Excel
