• This position reports to the company’s CFO.
• Experience managing statutory financial statements, as reported to the stock exchange, as reviewed by external auditors, and as required by local authorities
• Maintain reporting standards (IFRS)
• Management of specific newsletters that you should know, due to their particularities.
• Ability and experience to consolidate information from several subsidiaries. Pochteca: The functional currency is the Mexican peso, but they consolidate 6 to 7 currencies (Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Colombia, Peru, Guatemala, Costa Rica), where they have subsidiaries.
• Knowledge and management of deferred taxes (when you generate a loss, in the following years you will have a profit and you have to recognize a tax)
• Responsible for the Tax team, direct supervisor of this team (local taxes in Mexico) and knowledge of taxes in the US.
• Tax update
• In Mexican taxes, have experience with the new tax ruling model
• Tax refunds (VAT recovery or excise tax refund)
• Knowledge of the CUCA, CUFIM (net tax profit account) model
• Role of supervision of the payroll team, payment of obligations and payroll calculation. There is someone in charge, he supervises it. (Experience with transformation and service companies)
• Knowledge of IMMS payments, Infonavit
• Updated on outsourcing legislation
• Accounting, Costs and Accounts Payable: Experience in costing and accounting processes (fixed assets), who has led accounts payable (if you have implemented or set up payments from portals to suppliers – Implementation of an ERP)
• Experience in generating audited information (coming from the Big Four)

• Experience of Shared Services Centers (Accounts Payable and Cost Accounting) preferred

Requirements:
