Manage and develop the accounting & finance function for a new division of a growing healthcare organization!

• Provide leadership and development of personnel working in the accounting and finance functions as well as the shared service function.
• Responsible for monthly and annual close of account reconciliations, financial reporting, general ledger and consolidation functions.
• Support the production of monthly, quarterly, and annual internal and external financial statements while maintaining compliant with US GAAP accounting principles and SEC requirements
• Manage the production of the annual budget and forecasts and monitor them monthly
• Ensure that effective internal controls are in place along with compliance for GAAP and applicable federal, state and local regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting.
• Assess, execute and improve policies, procedures, controls and most methodologies
• Present executive committee and partners with financial reports

• BS in Accounting or Finance and/or MBA.
• Public accounting experience is required.
• CPA, or CPA in progress is highly preferred
• Healthcare experience is highly preferred.
• Experience within Home Health and/or Hospice Care is a plus!
• 7+ years of relatable accounting experience with management experience.
