Kforce’s lient in the West Allis area is looking for a Controller. The Controller is responsible for the accounting operations and controls of the Company. This role serves as backup to the CFO and leads and directs the accounting and shared service employees. The Controller reports to the CFO.

• Responsible for overseeing Month End Close process in accordance with GAAP
• Identifies and explains financial variances for all company entities
• Perform detail analysis of monthly revenue, including gross rent, discounts, and ancillary rent
• Review and approve all balance sheet and bank account reconciliations

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
• CPA preferred
• 2+ years of public accounting experience preferred
• 2+ years of supervisory and/or management experience required
