Finance & Control is part of Unica’s Shared Services. The Finance & Control department has more than 40 employees; the financial administration is located in Zwolle. The controllers work from the branches of their clusters, spread across the country. Together with your colleagues from Finance & Control, you are responsible for the financial ins and outs of the various clusters. You report to the Finance Director and you work closely with the heads of Business Services. Of course, we also ask something of you. As a Corporate Business Controller, you are an analytical, sharp and communicative financial person who is able to take responsibility and determine priorities. You have the energy to help build a data-driven environment and experience with (improvement) projects.

You are responsible for controlling the departments at the head office (Business Services and Unica Group). You play a crucial role in the further professionalization of the finance fundamentals, because Unica has experienced strong growth in recent years, both organically and through an active buy and build strategy. Within Finance & Control, the focus is on further professionalization through investing in processes, systems and people. With the aim that Finance is not only a supportive, but also a challenging business partner that actively contributes to strategic, tactical and operational decision-making and plays an important role in the realization of Unica’s objectives. You report to and are the right hand of the Finance Director of Unica Group and, as a finance business partner, you are linked to the heads of staff of Business Services. Your tasks include:

• Cost control
• Management reporting
• Benchmark analyses
• Developing dashboards
• Drawing up business cases and supporting M&A activities.

• a completed Master’s degree in Finance or Economics, post-master is an advantage.
• at least 3 years of experience as a (business) controller or in a financial analytical role (e.g. consultancy).
• that you are very proficient in Excel, preferably experience with PowerBI.
• have experience in optimizing processes, preferably in a technical and service-oriented (B2B) organization.
