Our client is currently seeking a Corporate Controller. This position requires a proven financial leader with a 10-15 year track record of success who will provide forward-looking financial leadership, analysis, and reporting to the President, CFO, and senior leadership team worldwide.

• Develop and implement procedures for accurate, timely, and relevant financial reporting; manage month-end financial submissions from global operations.
• Ensure financial management and safeguarding of assets, establishing robust internal controls and compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Drive process improvements in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, and working capital, coordinating with both shared services and international units.
• Prepare and communicate key financial metrics and strategic initiatives to executive management, supporting decision-making with detailed analysis.
• Manage Financial Shared Services, support acquisition activity and compliance initiatives, and oversee corporate accounting and related audits.
• Provide technical support and coaching to global financial teams, ensuring alignment with corporate initiatives and requirements.

• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in professional accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or related advanced degree is desirable.
• Minimum of 3 years of operating in a Global environment, preferred.
• CPA required.
• Public accounting experience and experience as an Accounting Manager or Corporate Controller is strongly preferred.
