The Controller will oversee all accounting and financial aspects of the organization, ensuring robust financial reporting, compliance, and operational efficiency across multiple locations. This position will be key in managing our shared services function, optimizing processes, and leading a team of finance professionals to support our growth initiatives.

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements; ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.

• Lead the annual budgeting process and ongoing forecasting efforts, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.

• Oversee the shared services operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across multiple locations.

• Monitor and manage financial performance across various sites; develop and implement standardized financial processes and procedures.

• Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely completion and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

• Mentor and develop the accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, with at least 7 years in a controller role.

• Experience managing shared services and multi-location accounting operations.

• Proficient in ERP systems and financial software; advanced Excel skills required.
