This role will report directly to the SVP of Corporate Shared Services. It should play a pivotal role in help Corporate Shared Services (CSS) to establishing and maintain solid working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate and facilitate communications with all BUs and functions to collect feedback and needs on CSS services.
- Suggest and initiate improvement plan for CSS.
- Organize and facilitate corporate activities in cooperation with government, authorities, industry and business associations to establish healthy working relationships with them.
- Recommend and initiate engagement plans tailored to the company’s business objectives with such authorities and parties.
- Coordinate across functions to ensure appropriate TTI’s representatives attend meetings, hearings, and other relevant events organized by such authorities and parties to ensure TTI’s voice is heard, and concerns are addressed.
- Prepare required documents, presentations, letters, and materials related to such affairs.
- Lead and coordinate organizing events initiated or related to CSS and such parties.
- Help the CSS leadership in an administrative function to facilitate efficiency and optimization of CSS.

- University degree
- 8 years of experience in a similar role at a sizeable international company
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Excellent written and presentation skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English
- Self-starter with strong passion for excellence
- Details oriented and great at multi-tasking skills and teamwork
- Strong work ethic with a can-do and whatever-it-takes attitude
