To ensure a high quality of services and deliverables for the regional office across different functions for the Shared Services team (Finance, HR). This will include the functional support and management oversight of the team to ensure effective and efficient operational support delivered in Cairo, Egypt. The Shared Services Manager will also be responsible of managing the office day-to-day tasks in accordance with the global guidelines, people management and reporting to the region.

Required Work Experience

• A minimum of 10 years’ experience in business management;
• Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheets, team management and stakeholder management.
• Strong ability to lead changes.
• Preferably in the Business-to-Business services or solutions industry;
• Experience in the oil, gas, mining or major infrastructure projects preferred;
• Previous international work experience;
• Previous experience in managing a complex team;
• Previous work experience in the Middle East region and/or developing environments;
• Experience working in large multinational matrixed management environment strongly desired.

Required Qualifications

• Postgraduate in Business or Management Sciences is essential
