• Invoicing
• Cash posting
• Liaising with Customers to secure payment dates and payments
• Customer calling
• Sending statements
• Responding to calls and emails from within the business and by clients

Skills / Knowledge

• Experience with a high volume of invoices such as 100s of invoices a day
• Expereinced credit controller
• Rebates and promotions
• Liaising with other departments such as but not limited to the sales team for invoice queries and pricing
• Experience working with ERP systems
• Experience in Shared Service Centres
• Food service is an added advantage
