As the Customer Success Lead within the Global Business Service Team at BSH, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers across various markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, challenges, and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute customer success strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.
- Bachelor’s or master’s Degree/Diploma in Marketing or any relevant field
- 8- 10+ years working experience in digital marketing
- Team Management – handled a technical team for at least 3+ years.
