Finance Managed Services (FMS) in PwC Poland is rapidly expanding as part of the Managed Services Operations. You can play an important role in supporting and transforming the operations of our domestic and international Clients. We continuously enhance our operations by applying best practices, streamlining processes, and integrating cutting-edge technological solutions for our customers. Join us in shaping and transforming operations for our domestic and international clients, as we delve into diverse, complex projects and collaborate closely with expert consulting teams to provide comprehensive finance services, including accounting and reporting, tax as well as financial planning & analysis, across various sectors in the region.

• Leading large teams of finance professionals at PwC or at Client premises,
• Empowerment to take decisions and manage Clients relationships,

Apply If You Have

• 15+ years of experience in professional services, GBS or BPO environment,
• 5+ year of experience in leading shared service centers, large BPO/GBS units,
• Proven track record in transforming finance organizations (quantified impact, credentials),
• Deep understanding of finance offering / service catalog / taxonomy,
• Up to speed with the latest trends, innovations and technologies,
• Excellent communication and presentation skills,
• Natural leader traits – you care for people, motivate and get the results,
• Strong skills in the finance domain with ability to understand and analyze details.

Nice To Have

• Fluent German or other languages,
• Experience in managing P/L.
