We are looking for a Delivery Excellence Business Transformation Senior Leader (Executive Role) for one of our clients in the Philippines. Our client is recognized as being one of the world’s leading management consulting specialists, providing outsourcing services in finance and accounting, and business improvement.

• Facilitate process improvement initiatives within your business program by leveraging analysis, expertise, and input from employees to enhance existing process performance
• Help the organization establish, oversee, measure, and analyze standardized processes
• develop and provide training on Operational/Delivery Excellence and provide coaching on principles of business excellence
• Implement strategic quality direction into operational guidelines and practices and support the ongoing expansion of the quality culture across the organization.
• Expert in Business Transformation, Operational/Delivery Excellence, Process automation in achieving a successful result in every project that you will spearhead

• 10 to 18+ years of overall experience in Business Excellence under BPO or Shared Services Industry
• 5 to 10 years of leadership/managerial experience
• Green or Black Belt Trained or Certified with relevant experience in AI and RPA, Transformation
