Change and Transformation team is responsible for managing and implementing changes within managed services. This will include changes to processes, systems, structures and culture. The team’s primary goal will be to ensure that these changes are made smoothly and effectively, have appropriate governance in place and with minimal disruption to the organization.
- Lead the development and implementation of transformation and change initiatives, ensuring alignment with the overall managed services strategy.
- Develop and deliver on change management plan, including stakeholder management, communication, training, and resistance management strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Provide leadership and guidance to internal project teams, ensuring that changes are implemented on time.
- Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives, using appropriate metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, employees, and external partners.
Required Skills and Abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field. PMP certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a track record of successfully delivering complex change initiatives.
- Excellent project management skills, with experience in using change management methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proven experience as a Change Manager or similar role, with a track record of driving projects to completion within a shared services or global environment.
- Understanding of insurance operations processes and the ability to navigate cultural and regional differences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Lean Six Sigma.
