Deputy Director – ESPS Payroll Services is responsible for the operational delivery of payroll services for the Northern/Southern Hemisphere and global payroll accounting, ensuring compliance and stakeholder satisfaction, and driving continuous improvement
- A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience of 18+ years in payroll processing or related roles, with progressive leadership responsibilities
- Extensive knowledge of end-to-end payroll processes, regulations, and payroll policies
- Proven experience in managing and leading large teams in a complex payroll environment
- Strong understanding of compliance requirements and control frameworks related to payroll processing
- Proficiency in payroll software and systems, with familiarity in SAP or other advanced payroll systems
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive continuous improvement and efficiency
