- Daily management of HR shared service team personnel (recruitment, training, performance, etc.), daily work delivery management, ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of HR shared service delivery, and continuously improving service levels;
- Coordinate the core business processes of HR shared services (employee relations, salary accounting, etc.), establish standard service processes and operating specifications, and make timely adjustments and optimizations; implement the processes and specifications to ensure the normal operation of the processes;
- Cooperate with the COE team to optimize various basic personnel policies, including but not limited to leave and attendance systems, welfare systems, labor contract management systems, transfer and transfer procedures, etc., and continuously improve relevant systems;
- Conduct regular human resources data analysis, issue data analysis reports with management reference value, and provide data support to company management and HR COE and BP;
- Manage HR shared service providers and continuously improve efficiency, service quality and cost optimization.
- Bachelor degree or above in human resources related major;
- More than 10 years of HR-related work experience, more than 5 years of HR shared work experience and team management experience, comprehensive construction and management experience of HR sharing in enterprises with more than 10,000 people; familiar with shared salary accounting operations and employee relations shared operations; especially in the retail industry;
- Be familiar with national laws, regulations and policies related to labor relations, be familiar with human resources systems and processes, have solid professional theories, and have rich experience in employee relations management; be familiar with relevant laws and regulations such as wage payment, social security, personal income tax, etc.;
- Efficient execution, good communication and coordination skills, organization and coordination capabilities, integration and innovation capabilities; pragmatic and self-driven, quick to adapt to changes, strong ability to withstand pressure; excellent team management skills; strong sense of responsibility.
