The salary range is between 130,000 and 170,000 euros per year, depending on your qualifications and professional experience. At the administrative headquarters in Ludwigshafen, we are looking for a Development Manager Financial Center of Excellence (m/f/d) with management experience.
- Management of an international Financial Service Center structure
- Analysis of the usage behavior of the Financial Center of Excellence by the Group’s international companies
- Development of an optimized usage concept of the Center of Excellence as a global USP for the customer companies
- Active acquisition of international group companies as customers of the Center of Excellence
- Key Account Management for the Group companies
- Adaptation and optimization of processes within the Financial Shared Service Center Organization (SSC)
- Responsibility for the General Ledger area with regard to the preparation of the individual financial statements according to IFRS for all worldwide companies in the Center of Excellence
- Responsibility for the subsidiary ledgers of all global companies in the Center of Excellence
- Adaptation and optimization of the closing processes of the customer companies with a view to integration into the SSC
- General support and development of SSO financial services and standards
- Analysis of finance processes with a view to promoting productivity improvements and innovation
- Driving the standardization and harmonization of finance processes at a global level (e.g. establishing global guidelines and demanding corresponding changes)
- Optimization of existing or introduction of new standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Ensuring consistent use of Financial SSO by global companies
- Supporting the use of technologies to increase efficiency (e.g. use of Robotic Process Automation (“RPA”) etc.)
- Active change management
- Successfully completed degree in business administration or comparable training
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong management skills
- Strong communication skills with regard to acquiring new customer companies
- Experience in adapting finance processes with a view to establishing an SSC structure or experience in working in SSC structures
- Experience in managing managers (department heads)
- Experience in analyzing and optimizing business processes
- Ability to initiate and moderate change projects
- Ability to motivate teams in change projects and strengthen team structures
- Pragmatic approach, unconventional thinking
- Intercultural competence
- Willingness to travel
- Fluent English skills
- Experience in SAP
