As part of our team of more than 5,000 pioneers, you will play a central role in finding solutions to some of the greatest scientific challenges of our time. In less than a year, we were able to develop our COVID-19 mRNA vaccine according to the highest scientific and ethical standards – by far the fastest vaccine development in the history of medicine. Our goal is to reduce people’s suffering with life-changing therapies by harnessing the potential of the immune system to develop novel therapies against cancer and infectious diseases.
- Consulting on all projects/initiatives for process improvement with recommendations and innovative ideas for accelerating processes and improving service quality
- Further development of the “Business Process Excellence Guideline” and ensuring implementation through subsequent training of key stakeholders
- Maintenance and further development of the internal process universe
- Planning, controlling and initiating process improvements to achieve business process excellence, mainly in the area of enabling functions
- Develop a set of KPIs to measure process performance and set process goals
- Completed degree in economics/business administration/engineering or a comparable course of study
- At least 15-20 years of relevant professional experience in the field of Business Process Excellence
- In-depth knowledge of business processes such as (Purchase to Pay, Order to Cash, Compliance)
- Solid computer science knowledge also in the field of AI and digitalization
- Creativity in the use of new technologies
- Strong analytical and logical thinking
- The ability to recognize connections between processes and to develop and implement visionary efficiency-enhancing ideas
- Willingness and curiosity to work independently in new areas
- High level of teamwork combined with a hands-on mentality and solution-oriented working style
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working in multidisciplinary teams
- Broad expertise in an international context
- A confident demeanor and the ability to convince based on facts
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
- Fluent German and English skills
