- Day to day operations of the firm
- New Business Development
- Tax advisory and consulting
- Client relationship management
- CA/CPA
- 15+ years experience within Australian Public Practice within reputable firms
- A fee base of $300k + of business services clients
- Stable employment history
- Excellent technical tax ability
- Demonstrated ability to operate at a Director level
- Genuine passion to progress to equity in the short term
- Previous experience supervising and mentoring staff
- Exceptional communication and presentation
- Stable employment history from reputable firms
