Manage Corporate Accounting and multiple CoE’s (Investment Accounting, Reporting, Reconciliation & IC) including bank, equity and GL reconciliations, Inter company, Fixed Assets, Software Capitalization/ Prepaid, Fee Billing, Real Estate Accounting, Allocations, etc. Accurately and timely meet all the internal and external service level agreements. Resolve business partner queries. Approve money movement for cash transactions.

• Manage BAU functions for corporate/ shared services and COE’s.
• Clearance of General Ledger Accounts reconciliations; accounting/journal entries creations based on supports/bank statements.
• Review and create reports based on accounting and reconciliation processes.
• Help and guide the team on issues in process. Guide the team on process improvements.
• Apply LEAN techniques in standardization and continuous improvement initiatives and leading the improvement projects.
• Lead the business partner initiatives. Be flexible and change ready in a dynamic work environment.
• Maintain close contact with customers and business partners. Lead business partners calls, other technologies, and other interface groups.
• Regularly ensure that the control trackers are maintained and scorecards are shared with the business partners/higher management n the process to ensure control and timeliness.
• Complete the deliverables within the standard service level agreements. Support cross trainings and backup creation in the process. Ensure training of the new resources are completed on timely basis.
• Conducting monthly one-on-ones with the team and periodic assessments. Take part in development planning and assess the teams’ training requirements. Arrange teams trainings.

Required Qualifications

• Masters degree
• 12+ years of Finance/Accounting experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• CA/ MBA/ ICWA/ CS
