As a member of the Business Technology (BT) team, the Director, Corporate Technology and Project Delivery Services collaborates with the EVP, Business Technology to provide strategic oversight for a combined technology portfolio supporting key divisions of the company. The individual in this role will lead the project delivery team in a highly collaborative manner and is responsible for partnering cross-functionally with Accounting/Finance, HR and other Technology teams to develop, manage and execute Shared Services technology strategy, goals and an evolving roadmap, in accordance with Holland Partner Group’s core values.
- Partner with key stakeholders to create a Strategic Technology Roadmap which will enable Holland to efficiently deliver departmental and enterprise-wide projects to meet value objectives and manage risks.
- Represent BT as a valued strategic partner by activity monitoring risks, managing roadblocks and escalating concerns or issues to ensure business objectives are met on schedule and on budget.
- Work as liaison between BT and Shared Service teams to ensure partnership and alignment on timelines, system selection and execution.
- Implement a hybrid project management methodology, including Agile and Waterfall, supported by the creation and rollout of frameworks emphasizing a right-sized approach focused on delivering consistent project implementation success across Holland Partner Group.
- Lead the project delivery team as they balance multiple projects across business units, supporting successful project completion while maintaining team productivity and engagement.
- Provide mentoring, coaching and support to direct reports building an effective and engaged project team, constantly encouraging and embodying leadership principles and objectives.
- Drive continuous process improvement by using data to influence and inspire stakeholders and identifying ongoing opportunities for automation, integration and simplification across business units.
- Support technology experimentation and proof-of-concept efforts to identify and recommend new platforms or services that have potential scalable impact for HPG.
- Manage the technology portfolio with transparency using data and analysis, including KPI’s and scorecards, to drive results and continuous improvement.
- Oversee project portfolio governance providing high-level quality control to ensure executive sponsor engagement in priority alignment and visibility to critical issues and risks.
- Ensure project delivery team provides concise, insightful communication, taking into consideration the needs of the audience and culture, and builds trusting relationships. Actively support knowledge sharing amongst cross-functional teams.
- Develop an organizational workforce technology strategy that delivers a productive and positive employee experience.
- Represent Holland Partner Group in a professional manner at all times.
- Perform all other duties as directed and assist the overall team effort in any way possible.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business, technology or related field, required. PMP, CSM or other relevant certification required.
Experience
Eight years’ successfully leading multiple projects using both Agile approach and Waterfall project delivery required. Experience leading project delivery team in a matrix environment; unifying efforts of various teams and stakeholders required.

Attendance
This full-time position is exempt and requires the ability to be present and available during business hours to meet company and department needs. Additional hours or flexible schedule may be required.

- Hearing and visual ability to observe and detect signs of emergency situations.
