The Director, Customer and Business Services role will lead a high-performing Customer and Business Services function to deliver efficient, standardised, and customer-centric service delivery.
- Drive the delivery services related to Tier 1 Service Desk Management, Mail, Courier, and Business services for approximately 30,000 employees across DCJ and Executive Agencies.
- Build team capabilities to ensure the delivery of high quality, efficient customer-centred HR service delivery across the Department of Communities and Justice Agency Portfolio.
- Deliver key projects, deliverables and services relating to service desk, mail, courier, and business services.
- Direct compliance activities, ensuring that all regulatory and business performance targets are not just met, but also exceeded.
- Manage continuous improvement efforts and foster a culture of continuous improvement and change within the workplace.
- Lead the Customer and Business Services function and the ongoing transformation of the shared services delivery model.
- Lead and Manage an engaged and high-performing team.
- Ability to manage service quality and continuity in a continuously changing and disruptive environment, while keeping up to date with government reforms and initiatives occurring in the public sector.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
- Ability and experience to lead with influence, and drive teams through periods of transformation and change.
- Senior management experience and knowledge of ServiceNow, business systems and processes to deliver service desk and business support transactions.
