The Director – Global Capability Center Cybersecurity Lead is responsible for establishing security policy, determining enterprise information security risks, developing security architecture, analyzing operational monitoring information, and resolving security incidents. As the Cybersecurity Lead, you will maintain and support all design, development, evaluation, and integration of computer systems and networks to maintain system security for projects and the enterprise infrastructure as a whole.

Provide leadership presence for the Cyber organization at the GCC

  • Ensure excellent employee engagement among GCC Cyber staff and develop talent pipeline
  • Build relationships with leaders of other functions on site at GCC to help drive Cyber initiatives and to identify opportunities for improved effectiveness and efficiency in cross-team collaboration
  • Drive cyber risk accountability and good practices across the GCC
  • Build relationships with leadership of key vendors/partners physically present in India

Work across the Cyber Leadership Team to support Cyber strategy lead in development and communication of strategies, including:

  • End-to-end Cyber strategy and cyber product roadmap integration with forward-looking Tech and Data and business strategies and roadmaps
  • Areas of focus and opportunity for Cyber, based on external threat and regulatory landscape, internal Kenvue business needs and team skills and competencies
  • Cyber program health, maturity and governance
  • Operating model / R&R with other teams and functions outside Cyber
  • Funding, sizing and resource recovery
  • Resourcing, talent mix and org design
  • Overall Cyber talent strategy and pipeline
  • Outside-in engagement (industry fora, ISACs, working groups etc.)
  • Development of leadership and board-facing materials and collateral
  • Ensure that cybersecurity is integrated into all aspects of the enterprise’s operations
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies and provide recommendations for continuous improvement of the enterprise’s cybersecurity posture
  • Proven track record leading teams of professionals and driving engagement and positive culture
  • Executive presence – outstanding ability to communicate, build relationships and influence at all levels of leadership
  • Strategic thinking – strong outside-in understanding of industry trends and ability to support formulation of strategy
  • Strong understanding of accounting and budgeting
  • Broad-based understanding of cybersecurity threats, regulations and controls
  • Ability to create highly polished executive level communication materials
  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in information technology and cybersecurity, or consulting in the cybersecurity domain (consulting background preferred)
  • Experience in supporting the shaping of cybersecurity programs and strategy
  • Extensive experience communicating and influencing at all levels of leadership
  • Extensive people leadership experience, especially in highly matrixed organizations without direct authority
