THE OPPORTUNITY

  • Lead development and implementation of a highly ambitious digital engagement strategy for the South, East and Southeast Asia (SEA) Cluster
  • Work in close collaboration with the SEA Cluster functions and markets, as well as global functions to experiment, innovate and create new go-to-market models of the future
  • Lead the shared service centre and strive for promotional excellence in all markets

The Digital & Marketing Operations Lead has responsibility for creating the foundation for marketing of Organon’s portfolio of products in the SEA cluster (South, East and South East Asia) in the digital world. The position reports to the Marketing and Commercial Operations Director (Executive Director) of the cluster.

  • Leading the strategy for the data-driven digital engagement of customers and health care consumers across the cluster
  • Lead the cluster’s shared service centre for efficient and effective promotional asset development
  • Developing ambitious long-term aspiration strategy for digital engagement
  • Be driving force of team of 7 professionals within Digital (3) & Marketing Operations (4) within the overall Marketing and Commercial Operations team
  • Collaborate with brand teams and markets on agile, efficient creation of digital marketing campaigns
  • Partner with global functions on development and implementation of new digital engagement activities
  • Set up and manage key vendors to support development and – if relevant – execution of digital campaigns and programs
  • Be a true business partner for the commercial directors within the cluster by utilizing digital & marketing expertise to support their business.

  • BA or BS degree from an accredited university
  • Minimum of 5 years digital marketing experience incl. at least 3 years in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Substantial track record of developing digital marketing programs utilizing data and analytics to ensure impact on customers and health consumers.
  • Agency experience is welcome.
  • Strong experience with online marketing (Email marketing, Marketing Automation, SoMe, SEA+SEO)
  • Understanding of potential of SFMC, Customer Portals or similar applications
  • Experience with innovation and new go-to-market-models (e.g. telemedicine, e-health, etc.)
  • Ambitious, creative, and innovative mindset
  • Proven leadership capabilities and collaborative approach
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, with the ability to operate in a multicultural environment
