• Manage engineering team effectively to deliver projects.
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams including Product management and Infrastructure team to deliver project roadmaps as per planned schedules, backlog, and roadmap.
• Serve as a technical thought leader to provide direction on building solutions to meet product roadmap and business requirements.
• Develop and implement an Technology solutions to ensure platform security, scalability, and resilience.
• Implement engineering best practices to optimize development methods as well as increase predictability and product quality.
• Hire, inspire, engage, and retain team members in an execution focused culture. Mentor and develop talent for their career growth.
• Manage mentor, coach and develop the Engineering team members
• Troubleshoots and resolves functional and performance related issues

• BA/BS Degree in Computer Science or MIS and relevant field of study is preferred.
• Very proficient in all areas of Software Development and Agile Methodologies.
• 10+ years of software development and engineering leadership experience
• 7+ years of experience managing distributed and remote team of engineers, onshore, near-shore & offshore teams
• 7+ years direct experience in enterprise-level applications.
• 7+ years of experience using the Microsoft technology stack (.NET, C#, SQL, etc…)
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in architecting cloud-based technology solutions
• 5+ years of experience supporting integrations with contact center technologies
• Experience building and delivering in a cloud-first environment using Microsoft Azure
• Proven experience in developing enterprise and solution level architectural designs.
• Proven experience in overseeing the linking of cross-functional applications and working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Significant experience designing and building enterprise-class business applications with low-latency, high performance and 24×7 environment.
• Knowledge and experience with Application and Infrastructure architecture and best practices
• Experience in successfully using agile methodology to execute large projects.
