On behalf of our client partner, we are seeking a Director of ERP Center of Excellence to spearhead a multi-year journey to a cloud-based future, optimizing processes and driving efficiencies across the corporate organization and portfolio of operating companies.

• Craft a visionary global strategy: Envision the future of our ERP ecosystem, encompassing Oracle, SAP, Infor, IFS, and Microsoft Dynamics solutions.
• Champion cloud migration: Lead the transition to a modern cloud ERP platform, unlocking agility and scalability for our operating companies.
• Foster strategic partnerships: Collaborate with Operating Company leadership to tailor technology roadmaps to their strategic plans, leveraging shared resources, common suppliers, and cloud services.
• Drive process optimization: Partner with the Enterprise Business Systems leader to streamline system complexity, implementing standardized processes and integrations across technologies.
• Build and empower your global team: Lead a high-performing team of ERP experts (full-time and 3rd-party) across the US and our India Innovation Centre.
• Guide cross-functional collaboration: Partner with business analysts, BOOMI architects, and analytics teams to design, build, test, implement, and maintain ERP solutions.

Education Required

• Minimum B.S./equivalent in IT, Engineering, Science, or Business + 8+ years IT experience (Master’s preferred).

Experience You’ll Need

• 6+ years: ERP design, development, QA, and implementation (incl. multi-national platform leadership).
• 4+ years: Building cross-organizational consensus with tech providers and business clients.
• Oracle & non-Oracle: Building/leading development teams, creating architecture standards & data models.
• Integrations: ERP with non-legacy technologies & architectures.
• Remote Teams: Working across geographies (business & IT).
• Cloud/SaaS Transition: Leading on-premise to cloud/SaaS ERP transition.

Technical Expertise Needed To Be Successful In This Position

• In-depth: Oracle EBS/SAP ECC architecture, data model, new/emerging capabilities (data modeling documentation experience).
• ERP Capabilities: S/4 HANA, ECC 6, EBS 11/12 (multiple preferred).
• Functional Applications: Strong knowledge of core applications (FICO, HANA, HCM, SCM, etc.).
• Integration Technologies: Deep knowledge of SOA, Process Integration, Core Interface, XML, IDOC, Oracle Data Integration, BOOMI, etc.
• Data Processing: Expert knowledge of systems, concepts, and methodologies.
