- Lead the FP&A Labor and Efficiency team.
- Premier system operations
- Bi-weekly & Daily productivity reporting
- Lead benchmarking project
- Evaluation of process and procedures to ensure optimized processing
- Serve as a key liaison to IT supporting master data that drives productivity and benchmarking platforms.
- Be a key contributor to governance ensuring units of service are unified and other metadata is in line with system standards.
- Partner with financial planning teams to develop ministry budgets.
- Provide assistance to ministry senior management team and departmental leaders as they work to achieve annual and long-term strategies.
- Be Responsible for:
- Development and management of caregivers
- Accurate, consistent reporting
- Executive presentations and stakeholder management
- Partner with other stakeholders providing educations and insights into results.
Required qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or another related field of study
- 8+ years of experience within a leadership role
- 10+ years of closely related work experience (Ex. Accounting, Finance, Healthcare, Compensation)
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
- Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- HFMA or FACHE
