As the Director of Finance Shared Services, you’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing our diverse shared services organization. From finance and accounting to project finance and travel management, you’ll lead a team in ensuring the seamless processing of transactions while championing a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Develop and implement internal metrics to enhance efficiency and collaboration within Shared Services.
  • Utilize metrics as a catalyst for positive change, driving improvements across teams and business partners.
  • Identify and prioritize Shared Services initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Lead and execute projects/initiatives that elevate the performance and capabilities of the Shared Services organization.
  • Establish and manage SLAs with relevant entities, ensuring adherence to KPIs and driving performance excellence.
  • Lead and inspire a financial shared services team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
  • Oversee Procure to Pay processes, including Accounts Payable, Travel & Expense Reporting, Credit Card administration, and Payment Execution.
  • Maintain a dynamic environment focused on continuous improvement in financial shared services.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 8-10 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably D365.
  • Familiarity with US and international bank disbursement processes and platforms.
  • Ability to thrive in a hybrid work model, with a commitment to reporting to the office three days a week.
  • Proven experience in providing process training for direct reports and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive mindset.
  • Expertise in process analysis, documentation, improvement, and automation.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Six Sigma or related process excellence experience is a plus.
