Provide strategic leadership to drive the planning, development, implementation, and adoption of HR processes and services, change management of new/related HR processes and tools, and lead the direction of the International HR services. Drive scalability, efficiency, and continuous improvement, while ensuring alignment with the broader HR, business, and financial objectives of the company. Partner with the Top Management to innovate through process improvement, automation, and systems enhancements for scalable HR processes.
- The primary interface for senior leaders and HR to ensure HRSS provides best-in-class service
- Plan, coordinate, and drive strategic initiatives focused on scaling HR support in a best-practice manner
- Plan, develop, implement, and adopt HR processes and services for new geographies.
- Involvement in setting up the HR shared services function using Technology in alignment with multiple Geographies.
- Responsible for defining process and system problems, framing potential solutions, and creating efficiencies through an understanding of system capabilities and limitations across geographies.
- Provide operational support in the smooth delivery of HR-shared services to the various business entities and facilitate geographical alignment of HR processes. Manage the day-to-day work of the People Operations team, performing operational duties required to keep the process running consistently.
- Process improvement, facilitate the alignment of HR processes across all businesses via the use of technology, oversee specifications, and developments, and investigate ways to improve existing processes and fix pain points through automation, streamlining, and shared services.
- Project management, working with HR business partners globally in establishing shared services operations (hire to retire) support based on on-site project requirements and implementation of new or redesigned systems, reports, and procedures to ensure efficient business processes
- HR communications, interact and work closely with senior-level internal stakeholders across all global locations.
Ensure quality, timeliness, and proper use of HR information retrieved from systems, manage requests for the HR, ensure the security of 10 HR information through established security protocol, and participate in issue tracking and resolution for all HR systems in Workday. Oversee HR reporting and data analytics. Collaborate on the development of dashboards in Workday for the user community. - Provide world-class employee experience and bring any changes within every six months which will provide a great experience to the employees.
- To handle Global Statutory and Compliance.
- Apart from these responsibilities any other Ad hoc activities if comes up need to be completed.
- 19-22 years of work experience in handling all HR Operations.

- Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in his/her field of specialization
